Welcome to Keswick Ministries 2011 Christmas Newsletter. Just a year after our first e-communication we are now in touch with nearly 4,000 of you via the wonders of the internet.

A few months ago I was at a conference where some quite astonishing projections were shared on the rise in the use of smart-phones across the world, and with it the opportunities to share God's Word in ways that could perhaps only have been dreamt about a few years ago. It is great that communication is now so much easier, but it perhaps makes our choice of words so much more important. As we look forward to the gift of The Word made flesh we give thanks again for all that we shared and learnt through this year's Convention - Word to the World - and look forward in eager anticipation to Going the Distance next year.

Many of you will have received our Autumn Update in October. Please look out for more 2012 programme information on our website in the New Year.

Whether you made it to Keswick 2011 or not, you can now listen to or download the Bible Readings from this year's event for free here.

We are pleased to be able to share that Stuart Townend, Colin Webster and Peter Gunstone will be joining us to lead the music in Weeks 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

Next year sees the return of Keswick Unconventional, which had such a positive response in this, its first year. Also in Week 3 we are adding the Abide track for those aged 19-24 as an addition to the track that has been running in Week 1.

If you are still planning your holidays for 2012, do remember that Keswick Ministries will also be running two Bible Weeks in Spring and Autumn with a more houseparty feel. If you are a missionary, or know of any missionaries who will be home at the end of May, why not consider our Re:Ignite Missionary Week.
